Easy (no rise) Pizza

Pizza Crust:

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter ( I use Bestlife buttery spread from walmart)
3/4 cup milk

Homemade Simple Sauce

16 oz can Chopped tomatos
4 tbsp tomato puree
4 tbsp fresh herbs of choice (ex. basil, rosemary, oregano, if using dried use about 6 tbsp)
salt and pepper to taste

Add any toppings you'd like... onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, broccoli (chopped, is really good), fresh tomatos, etc...
No need for cheese.

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven to 425. In a bowl, mix together all the dough ingredients except milk. Mix intill it resembles
breadcrumbs, then add enough milk to make a soft (not real sticky) dough. Throw a little flour on flat surface
a knead two or three times.

2. Oil your baking sheet and roll your dough out onto it. Throw the pizza in the oven for 15 mins. Meanwhile put
your sauce ingredients into a blender pulse just enough to blend and break the tomatos down a bit.

3. Take your pizza out and spread your sauce on then add your veggies ontop. Place back into the oven for another
10-15 mins.

Enjoy!!

** I don't add the sauce and veggies in the beginning because you want them to retain their nutritional value, and have a little crunch.
